Dawn Stark, our service team lead, is a Houston Native and a 3rd generation insurance professional. She got her start in insurance at 18 helping her mother, who was a claims manager, handle claims from a company that went out of business. She found that she really liked the industry and learned a lot from the work she was doing.

When things were slow she would help the appraisal department and learned how that worked as well. Shortly after, she went to work for Concord Insurance to help create a claims department and then to an insurance agency to work in their claims department. While working for the agency Dawn moved to sales to help create a Classic Car insurance program for Great American. She earned awards for being the largest producer in the country for 2 years in a row! Dawn has been with Gibraltar Insurance since 2015 and now leads a team of CSR's.

What she likes most about her job is helping people navigate an industry that is not well understood and educating them so they can make smart decisions about their insurance needs.

In her spare time she runs two bowling leagues and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Houston United States Bowling Congress.
